Technical/Operational Support

  • Provide monthly supply chain internal reports
  • We offer support and work hand-in-hand with budget holders in developing procurement plans and advising on logistical needs for new and existing projects
  • We assist all program managers in procurement planning and ensure all required documents are forwarded by the budget holders, including clear specifications, projects, budget lines, and appropriate authorization
  • Undertake supervisory, monitoring, and support visits to all field offices
  • Monitor equipment supply and inventory
  • Take necessary steps to ensure that all communications and safety equipment is in good working condition across all sites at all times
  • Undertake swift checks on fixed asset control and ensure all fixed assets are recorded and reported to donors when needed
  • Ensure that all stocks/supplies are properly recorded, packed, stored, and shipped in the most cost-effective and secure way
  • Make sure that all items issued from the store, purchased or received for onward transportation, are appropriately documented and accompanied by the required waybills
